We have used Neighborhood Painters a couple of times in the past year, most recently to paint our entire home from top to bottom. Andy was waiting at our new home, as promised, 5 minutes before our official possession with his team, ready to get started and we appreciated that as we gave him a pretty tight timeline (sorry Andy!). He was on site everyday with his team, including a stat holiday and weekends, and finished the job within the timeline and did an amazing job. We cannot recommend this company enough and he has become our go-to contact for any and all painting needs.
We purchased a house and honestly, I have never seen such a bad paint job. Who uses gloss paint on all the walls!!! After searching for painters and getting various quotes, I came across Andy with Neighbourhood Painters. He gave me an honest opinion in regards to painting the ceiling and walls, and could of gouged me for way more money than he did with going for the gusto, but instead he provided me with a very reasonable quote for doing our ceilings, walls, and touching up the stair railing and trim at the back door, and he provided a layout of the work needing to be done, along with all his credentials, etc. We first got the ceilings painted on the main level prior to us moving in. They looked fabulous, such a fresh look. With myself being stressed with the previous owner’s painting skills, Andy provided me with reassurance (a few times!) that all would be fixed. Andy and crew came and painted (sanded, filled in holes, etc) all the walls on the main level. We are completely 100% satisfied with the results and how it has turned out. Our disaster walls have been reformed into looking at how a real painter paints! We did meet Krystle who was painting here the last day. One thing that was such a pleasant surprise was how well she cleaned up after finishing the room. I even went around doing the finger test, checking for dust on furniture, and there was none to be found. I’ve had painters before, and have never experienced this, but with this company there was virtually nothing to clean up after. If I ever need painting again I will have Neighbourhood Painters come in a heart beat!
